If you've created a release and you missed marking some (or all) of your selected tracks by the end of the Selection in progress phase, G=TE is allowed to select and mark the missing tracks in your place after a period of two months.

Regarding missed runner-ups, the creator of the release will have to fulfill their rewards and obligations as promised in the release as soon as G=TE marks them.

Regarding missed signed tracks, the creator of the release will pay a €750 penalty per signed track directly to its producer (not to G=TE) as soon as G=TE marks them. The creator is not bound to release these tracks.

We hope that this situation never happens. To avoid it, we send reminders to creators 48 hours before the deadline. And sometimes we might even accept a 24-hour deadline extension if the deadline has just been missed.
