To create a release on G=TE, it is required to have at least one signed track with monetary reward. Incentives are what the creator decides to give extra in a release (so on top of payment for the signed tracks).

Incentives can be non-monetary stuff that is given out to the producer of a signed or runner-up track, or monetary stuff given out to the producer of a runner-up track.
